Mini Thinking

Small is enough.

A one-person studio running several small businesses — each built to own and keep, not to flip, scale, or sell.

What I'm Building

A few small products, each useful enough to pay its own way. I rotate between them — it keeps the work fun and the head clear.

What I Believe

What I Believe

01

Chase small opportunities

The era of world-changing bets is over — and I'm fine with that. The small opportunities are still here. I'd rather do something modest and mine than gamble what matters on what I don't need.

02

It has to pay for itself

Love doesn't keep the lights on — at least not for long. Every product earns its own way by charging fairly for real value. Funding is one option, never the only path.

03

More than one bet

Zero to one is the fun part; copying it isn't. Running several small products spreads the risk and keeps me at a healthy distance — close enough to care, far enough to see clearly.

04

I own it, so I can wait

Owning the outcome is what makes long-term thinking possible — no investors, algorithms, or quarterly targets calling the shots. I can do this, or that, or nothing at all. That freedom is the whole point.
